These terms of service are listed in the the client agreement and required for services, unless I state otherwise.
- Payment is required at times services are rendered.
- The massage therapist does not diagnose illness, disease, or any other physical or mental disorder, nor does the massage therapist prescribe medical treatment or medications.
- The massage therapist does not adjust the spine.
- I recommend that the client see a chiropractor or physician, as appropriate, for physical ailments the client may have.
- Clients will be modestly and appropriately draped at all times.
- Sexual advances of any kind will not be tolerated.
- I require permission to notify my assistants of the location of my appointments.
- For male clients, I may require that a female or other suitable person be present near the area of the massage session. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an appointment if the arrangement for the appointment if I do not determine the arrangement to be sufficiently met.
- Clients must sign the client agreement prior to the massage session.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance if possible. Please understand that my time is as valuable as your time is.
- If the appointment is cut short due to the client not meeting terms of service, such as inappropriate conduct, full payment is still required. If the appointment is cut short due to the therapist or because of unforeseen emergencies, the remaining time may be continued at a future time.
- I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or alter an appointment if I do not feel that necessary safety requirements for the therapist and the client have been met, as well as the terms of service stated above.
For chair massage sessions:
- All of the above terms and conditions are active.
- In most cases, clients should be fully dressed, however, as appropriate, clients may be disrobed above the waist and utilize appropriate draping, as noted above.
- For chair massage at events, booking client must fill out a client agreement prior to event.
